- Gaining a clear understanding of our clients' Company and the
aims of their company acquisition strategy
- Clearly defining the company acquisition criteria
- Undertaking a detailed research project to identify
possible targets
- Establishing a creative method of approaching and engaging
potential targets using our network of contacts
- Establishing a rapport and relationship with the Shareholders
or key decision makers of potential targets
- Valuing the Company pre and post acquisition
- Advising on the tactics and leading negotiations with target
companies
- Raising the necessary funding
- Negotiating the most appropriate terms with the providers of
funding
- Co-ordinating the due diligence process
- Project managing the company acquisition through to a
successful completion
- Offering corporate mentoring services post acquisition to
assist with the integration of the target into the group
