Our role will include:


  • Gaining a clear understanding of our clients' Company and the aims of their company acquisition strategy
  • Clearly defining the company acquisition criteria
  •  Undertaking a detailed research project to identify possible targets
  • Establishing a creative method of approaching and engaging potential targets using our network of contacts
  • Establishing a rapport and relationship with the Shareholders or key decision makers of potential targets
  • Valuing the Company pre and post acquisition
  • Advising on the tactics and leading negotiations with target companies
  • Raising the necessary funding
  • Negotiating the most appropriate terms with the providers of funding
  • Co-ordinating the due diligence process
  • Project managing the company acquisition through to a successful completion
