Neil joined Ford Campbell in 2005 after beginning his career as an 18-year-old trainee at a small firm of accountants.

At 21, he became one of the youngest people in the UK to qualify as a chartered accountant, and then became a Junior Partner at the firm before spending a year at a media company as Group Finance Director.

After being promoted to Director in 2007, he advises on the full spectrum of transaction work including acquisitions, disposals and development capital, and has worked on deals worth over £100m in a wide range of sectors.

Neil is a huge motorsport fan and races Enduro motorbikes off road, competing in events around the UK. He hopes one day to take part in the Paris-Dakar Rally.
