Our team comprises two aspects; Deal Execution and Deal Origination.

Deal Execution is a team of qualified chartered accountants, with over 100 years combined Corporate Finance and Company Sales experience. The Deal Execution team blends in-depth financial advice with strong commercial acumen, who live and breathe your deal to ensure that your expectations are exceeded. They are assisted in this aim by our Deal Origination team.

Deal Origination is a team which is crucial to the success of our company. They have a diverse range of business contacts through continuously liaising with industry experts and members of the professional community. It is their job to understand sectors and markets, to explore buyers and financial partners, bringing industry insights and creative ideas to all of our deals.
